We collect the name, email address, contact number, dates, guest count and preferences you submit to respond to inquiries and arrange accommodation. Avoid sending identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information through these forms.
Reservation requests
A submitted form or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed booking. The hotel will verify availability, room configuration, price, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and cancellation terms directly before confirmation. This website does not collect payments or guarantee room inventory.
Prices and experiences
Room rates apply per accommodation per night. Add-ons state whether they are charged per stay, per night or per guest. PKR and USD are separate tariff values, not automatically converted exchange rates. Tours depend on road access and weather. The hotel confirms vehicle capacity, permits, admission fees and any other charges.
How data is used
Your request is stored in the hotel database and emailed to you and the hotel. Hosting and email providers process this information to deliver the service. Essential session cookies protect forms and prevent duplicate submissions. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit abusive requests.
External services
Google Maps and supplementary Unsplash images may receive your network address when they load. Selecting WhatsApp opens an external service and places the entered booking details into a message URL; send it only if you wish to share those details with the hotel through WhatsApp.
Questions and deletion requests
Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. The hotel should retain information only as necessary to handle your request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
